With regard to the housing problem in the country and governmental social policy to making high authorities to procure cheap residential apartments with leasing conditions for 99 years, Mehr residential project was born, with the definition of manufacturing more than 1 million residential units all over the country for low income people in new cities. On  this  basis AHAB Co, with full experience in civil work decided to collaborate in such important project by entering to this challenge made by Mehr residential project and started with Civil preparations on 120 hectares of land in phase No.5 of new Parand city in order to have his small share in such developing  purpose policy and project. Specifications of the Project: This project consists of civil preparations and grading of the surfaces, doing the excavations, Embankments, Execution of foundation preparations, raised curbs, and execution of the main pass ways, sub pass ways and parking with asphalt and channel for removal of the surface water in 120 hectares phase No.5 of Parand city for construction of 13000 residential units in Mehr residential project.
