In 1995 a contract was made between MAHKAR co (AHABKAR and MALAVIKAR Joint Venture) from one side and East Azarbaijan Organization of Housing & Urban Development from the other side for construction of 156 units of apartments with substructure area of 75 & 100 m2.

The specifications  of  this Project are listed below:

Number of apartment blocks: 13

Number of floors: 6

Heating system: central

Masonry: 5cm bricks with steel doors and windows

Steel skeleton with bolted connections and concrete slabs

Project was performed in two phases A&B, phase A with 72 and Part B with 84 apartments.
