Upgrade the capacity of Zarrineh rud right bank canal from 28 to 42 cubic meters per second and its concrete lining and construction  10 km access road to water refinery which are the goals of this project which completed in 1994.  This project was executed for the purpose of drinking water from Zarrineh rud River to Tabriz 

main features of this project are as follows:
• Increasing of the right bank channel capacity from 28 t0 42 cubic meters per second.
• 10 km road in the rocky mountain.
• This project completed in 1994 within a short period. And due to the urgency the work carried out in very cold weather.
